【Email Template】新入职该与谁打招呼？即睇电邮范例学打好关系
返新工第一天总是无所事事，你想有所表现争取好印象，但根本没事可做，签完约、拿好员工证、认识公司的环境，然后你就可以等放工了。为免自己整天发呆玩手指，其实你都可以有所作为，为自己在这公司工作做一个好开始。
当你得到公司的电邮帐号和各人的通讯后，上班的首个星期，不妨以电邮先向将会合作的同事打声招呼，作自己介绍，让他们有心理准备。这也可协助自己建立有礼形象，让之后合作和请教时都比较方便。
若你的上司未能带你认识所有同事，那你就要靠自己的努力。这是一个好机会让自己发展新的人脉圈。以下会将职场新人需认识的同事归类为6大类，并附上相应的电邮范本，快点参考吧！
1. 同组的同事
与你最多接触的一定要同组的同事和上司，因日后说不定见他们比见自己的家人或另一半还要多，所以先示好，一定有利。由于同事平日工作繁忙，未必有太多时间理会新同事，所以不妨先踏出第一步，跟大家打声招呼之余甚至可藉电邮相约午饭，方便彼此有基本的了解。

2. 将会合作的部门
除了同组的成员外，你不时要与其他部门合作，为了免日后在对方座位旁踌躇，那不如先下手为强，在电邮中打声招呼，让日后直接见面时不感尴尬。

3. 你将会接手的客户
无论上一手同事多么尽责和交带，有些工作总会未完成或需持续跟进。既然已知将会接手，那不妨与相关客户先作自我介绍，让对方有心理准备你在未来将跟他合作。

I’ll be taking over as your new point of contact for [task or project] moving forward. So, please don’t hesitate to reach out with anything you need, I’m happy to help! 4. 你上一手的同事
如果你上一手同事去了另一间公司，那就不用联络了，但如果他是在同一间公司而调往另一个部门或晋升至不同职位，那建立联系便很有用了，起码在交接期及新上任时，遇有不明白都可以请教他。

5. 你工作网络的人
有些业界人士是无论你转工到哪里都有机会合作的。虽然LinkedIn会自动向你的联络人宣布你转工了，但如能亲自以电邮通知他们，这会更显诚意。

6. 跟你同一日入职的同事
不少公司都会有一些迎新简会，如果你知道有与你同一日入职的同事，可以与他联繋，因为他最明白你的心情。你们都是新人，可以一同适应工作环境、人事及互相交换情报。
