DSE放榜后，同学们都是时候决定自己的路向，然而，升学并不是唯一出路，及早找到自己的兴趣，踏足职场建立自己的事业路，未尝不是一件好事。CV固然要写，但求职信又重要吗？怎样可以有限的经验去吸引雇主？
人力资源公司Robert Half，有约4年招聘人才经验的Senior Recruitment Manager Hanson Chan表示，求职信要精简，以约250字内的内容，吸引雇主聘用。他会教大家求职信的内容铺排，增加同学获聘的机会。

Hanson指，虽然与CV相比，求职信的重要性相对地没那么高，但有求职信可以令雇主清楚知道你的求职目的，印象分都会稍为有所增力。而求职信可以分为以下4个部分撰写。
1.【职位及公司名称】
Hanson表示，求职信切忌让人觉得你只是copy and paste，所以起始一定要写对公司名及自己申请的职位，以表尊重，然后才简单阐述申请该职位的原因。
2.【个人背景】
短短重点提及自己的背景，例如就读的学校、于校内参加过什么学会和校外有参加过什么活动，不妨简单列举1至2个例子，令人知道你有意扩阔眼界。
3.【自我推销】
Hanson指求职信着重自我推销的部分，即是要让雇主知道自己是适合做这份工作。“以篮球队队长为例，他可以简述自己参与球队时做过的贡献，例如曾经试过当时没有经费，自己试过带领大家搞活动筹钱，以事例说明自己有领导才能及对筹办活动的热诚，若有机会获聘，定会对工作倾注同样的热情，并相信自己能胜任此工作。”他指应尽力以曾做过的职务来突显自己的长处和性格，以客观的字眼描述，以示个人十分适合这工作。
4.【总结sell热情】
最后可以做一个小总结，总结自己的能力和对工作的前景有所期望。Hanson表示，要令雇主知道自己有信心及对品牌有感情，“如果应征做售货员，可以在信内提到自己一向很欣赏此品牌的设计及款式，并希望能参与其中。”
