美媒发现板门店宣言有两个版本　联合国英译版修改字眼次序

4月韩朝峰会签署《板门店宣言》已交往联合国传阅，但有美国传媒发现交往联合国版本的宣言与最初《板门店宣言》英语版本内文有些微不同，引起争议。

《美国之音》报道，引起争议的内文是第3条3项，联合国的版本中写到韩朝两国“同意在2018年宣布结束战争状态”。但根据最早青瓦台公开的《板门店宣言》英译本，内文写着两国将“推动三方或四方会谈，在2018年内宣布结束战争状态”。联合国版本中更动了句子先后次序，让“三方或四方会谈”的次序押后。

英译版各有不同

根据双方正式的韩语版本，有关的内文是写着“为了宣布结束战争”，并转换成“和平宣言”，需要“积极推动与中美的三方或四方会谈”。

英语版本的次序转换部分是因为英语及韩语的文法不同。现在韩国交予联合国的版本，与朝鲜的《板门店宣言》英译版次序大致相同。但青瓦台最初的翻译则可被解作是在“三方或四方会谈”的基础下推动“停战宣言”。

迎合朝鲜反迫美国？

有关改动惹来外界怀疑，韩国政府是有意或无意地迎合朝鲜，修改了交予联合国版本的《板门店宣言》。《美国之音》引述美国塔夫茨大学朝鲜半岛专家李晟允教授表示，有关的改动“十分有问题”。

因现时美国正因朝鲜未有积极采取弃核措施，对签署停战宣言表现被动，有关修改如同强迫美国需在年内回应韩朝要求。

青瓦台回应指有关的句子没有问题，修改不影响对原文的理解，会产生分歧纯属误会：“在4月27日的宣言中，两国同意在今年签署停战宣言。现时递交往联合国的宣言大部分是基于原文翻译，并经两国赞同的。”
