融合了BioMoGo及Brooks独有缓震物料DNA的BioMoGo DNA，跑起来感觉软绵绵，幸不会过份吸走向前的冲力，“力量回馈”（Responsiveness）值得一赞。前后掌落差虽有12毫米，但后踭高度由过往的35毫米减至30毫米，所以就算中掌落地也感觉顺畅。今代的鞋楦空间略略改善，稍为阔掌的人士该会喜欢；鞋舌有充足的软垫，绑上鞋带令脚掌固定在鞋内，减少脚掌与鞋内周边磨擦的机会。

Ghost 10同时提供阔楦版本（男：2E；女：D），可满足阔脚掌跑友需要。要注意的是，Ghost 10是中性跑鞋，建议扁平足或脚掌过度外翻跑友，咨询专业人士意见后，方决定穿著与否。

要影的feature1）A very good news for runners is the updated 30mm heel height from the 35mm of the previous version. While the shoe maintains the 12mm heel offset, the significant drop in stack height gives it a closer to the ground feel than ever and enhances ground perception.2）Another huge update for runners is the full-length crash pad. It gives runners a more flexible platform and helps the runners during high-mileage runs maintain their foot strikes.

3）The update should also improve shock-absorption, regardless of where the runner lands.

4）The fit changes for the better in the Ghost 9 as a roomier toe box should delight those with flat, inflexible, and slightly wider feet.

5）The new engineered mesh offers excellent breathability and wraps the foot in comfort and support.
