Glycerin与Transcend皆是Brooks最“豪华”的缓震跑鞋，后者是稳定型（扁平足或脚掌过度外翻人士适用），Glycerin则是正常足弓版本。两者皆以Super DNA作为缓震物料，比品牌另一物料BioMoGo DNA效果强25%。

今代整体结构没大变动，鞋面纹理变得简洁，网布物料亦更新了，网布幅盖更大，提升透气度。另一更新是外底的坑纹，中掌外侧位置亦多了plush transition zone，声称有助后踭到前掌的推进。3D Fit Print鞋楦是一如以往的“贴脚”。
