从来化妆都不是女性建立自信、展现更佳状态于人前的唯一途径，但往往知易行难，不少爱美女生，连去超级市场也要先花十分钟整理妆容。早前Alicia Keys在MTV音乐录影带大奖2016配以清唱方式发表有关男女平等的演说，赢得全场掌声，但更震撼人心的是，她开始了“#nomakeup”企划，再不介意以素颜示人，甚至是表演及宣传新碟。
