【#metoo】26年前提控证据不足 活地养女电视公开：我被他性侵犯
著名美国导演活地亚伦(Woody Allen)，1992年被养女Dylan Farrow曾公开指控活地亚伦曾对她性骚扰，但最后却因证据不足而于1993年被法官驳回起诉；事隔26年，现年32岁的Dylan Farrow今日（18日）报接受美国电视台CBS节目《CBS This Morning》专访，首度公开7岁时遭活地亚伦在家中阁楼被他施暴性侵的经历。
“我被父亲带到康涅狄格州、我母亲的乡间小屋里的一个小阁楼，他叫我躺下来，玩我弟弟的玩具火车，他坐在我后面的门口，当我玩玩具火车时，我被他性侵犯......作为一个7岁的孩子，我会形容，他摸了我的下体。”Dylan指当时其母正在外购物，主持人问她：“你跟母亲说时，她有甚么反应？”“她很伤心，但我当时感觉是，好像是我做错事一样。”她形容母亲当时带她去看儿科，当医生问她被父亲摸了哪些部位时，她只指向膊头。“妈妈当时问我为甚么不将我告诉她的告诉医生？我跟她说我感到很尴尬。最后我们就当没事回家。”
早在1992年，当年只有7岁的Dylan Farrow曾透露遭当时的养父活地亚伦性骚扰并报警求助，但碍于证据不足，而且Dylan当年道出事件的时间点，刚好是其母、当年活地的同居女友Mia Farrow与活地闹分手的同一时期，因而被指是Mia Farrow因妒成恨，教唆女儿诬告活地亚伦，令该宗案件在1993年被法官驳回。

至2014年，当年28岁的Dylan Farrow在《New York Times》撰写一封公开信，信中提及当年活地对她所做的事，当中包括“亚伦穿著内衣和她睡觉”、“为了躲他，我会躲起来”，但当时活地亚伦仅表示：“不真实和可耻。”《CBS This Morning》主持人曾反问Dylan：“你认为现在的人为什么会相信你？”她回答：“我不知道，我只能够说出事实，我只能说我可信的，我说的都是真话。我认为重要的是，人们要认识到受害人，一个原告很重要，他们相信便足以改变这件事。”
在访谈节目播出后，活地亚伦发表声明回应事件，他指：“这个指控在首次提出至今已超过25年， Child Sexual Abuse Clinic of the Yale-New Haven Hospital及New York State Child Welfare均调查了很多个月，它们均独立地断定没有发生任何骚扰事件。他们亦发现，这可能是一个没主事权的孩子被一名因为分手而愤怒的母亲指使的行为。”
活地亚伦回应全文：
When this claim was first made more than 25 years ago, it was thoroughly investigated by both the Child Sexual Abuse Clinic of the Yale-New Haven Hospital and New York State Child Welfare. They both did so for many months and independently concluded that no molestation had ever taken place. Instead, they found it likely a vulnerable child had been coached to tell the story by her angry mother during a contentious breakup.）
Dylan's older brother Moses has said that he witnessed their mother doing exactly that – relentlessly coaching Dylan, trying to drum into her that her father was a dangerous sexual predator. It seems to have worked – and, sadly, I'm sure Dylan truly believes what she says.
But even though the Farrow family is cynically using the opportunity afforded by the Time's Up movement to repeat this discredited allegation, that doesn't make it any more true today than it was in the past. I never molested my daughter – as all investigations concluded a quarter of a century ago.
