Hotel California曲风迷幻 曾惹拜撒旦怀疑
1976年，Eagles发表名作Hotel California，由Glenn Frey及Don Henley作曲，中后段的结他独奏最为人津津乐道。乐队成员曾向传媒解释歌曲内容关于“过分丰裕的美国文化、过往认识的女子”、“艺术与商业之间的失衡”。歌词营造出迷幻黑暗的氛围，有人甚至将歌曲与魔鬼撒旦、毒品、巫术等元素扣上关系。多年来，Hotel California的内容一直是乐迷热议的题目。

歌曲内其他部分又掺杂诸如“杀死怪兽”（kill the beast）、“用他们冰冷的刀捅它”（stab it with their steely knives）等句子，着实令人感到扑朔迷离。
