Victoria's Secret控制权易手兼私有化　估值11亿美元逊预期

美国著名内衣品牌Victoria's Secret易手。L Brands同意向私募股权公司Sycamore Partners出售Victoria's Secret 55%股权，作价5.25亿美元，令Victoria's Secret的估值变为11亿美元，低于分析员预期。Victoria's Secret将私有化。

同时，创立L Brands及现时身兼主席与行政总裁的Leslie Wexner将离开公司。

根据协议，Sycamore Partners购买Victoria's Secret的55%股权，L Brands则保留45%股权，而Victoria's Secret将私有化。另外，L Brands护肤品牌业务Bath & Body Works将会分拆上市。L Brands本月26日公布季度业绩时，拟详细公布重组细节。
